"Ultrasound machine 'turns cheap plonk into fine wine in 30 minutes'" (Telegraph):
An entrepreneur claims to have invented a machine that turns a cheap bottle of plonk into a vintage-tasting wine in a matter of minutes.

This disruptive technology will obviously create 'winners' and 'losers'. Should the winners compensate the losers?
